This is an extract from our film pitch which we pitched to or class...

"We would like our investor to be a company like ‘working title’, this is because their films genially have a large budget. We want around £4.5 million which means that working titles budgets would suit our film. This is also seen as a British film company meaning that it might be easier to keep in contact. However they haven't had much experience in the horror genre, there for this is a gap in their market that we would like to fill"
Our £4.5 million funding price is a small amount compared to other big budget films that are also 'working title' funded, there for we feel that this is very unlikely to be a problem in our film pitch. Working title is a big company with a lot of finance available, there for they can afford to take a risk on a film like ours. our film will not cost £4.5 million to make, as we have relatively unknown actors as we feel that if it had big stars, this may distract the audience from our film, this is not what we want to happen, especially in a horror film. A lot of out £4.5 million asking price will go on the distribution of our film, this is because distribution and advertising is one of the most important expenditure of a film. this is because film with low advertise and distribution budgets, tend not to do as well, this is because, even if it is a very good film, if people don't know about it, they won't be able to go and see it. making this one of the most important expenditure to ensure our films success.
